AWFUL in EVERY aspect - "Jim R." is a JOKE!!

#1 worst online retailer ive EVER dealt w in my life...swear. I never write review for anything....every 1 Rating is Exactly correct. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!! 25 MINUTE WAIT TIMES TO BE HUNG UP ON EVERY SINGLE TIME....3 DIFFERENT TIMES. "Jim R" is a complete joke. I canceled my order after their BS run around about billing address errors and my card declined! Impossible. ...this company is aaaaaawful...BUYER BEWARE!!!! Only after 5 nasty emails to "Jim R." did I get a call from someone trying to "resolve the issue" - TOO LATE!!! After 3 days of my original "purchase" - How this company is still in business is beyond me. If I could give a ZERO rating I would. I am convinced all the "5-Star Ratings" are pumpers from the company try to boost their own rating. NEVER buying ANYTHING from this place or even attempt to call them - a waste of time and your sanity. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY "BUSINESS RESPONSE" from "Dan S." - hahahahaah ONE OF THE GREATEST "DROP DEAD" EMAILS I'VE EVER WRITTEN AND MEANT EVERY WORD OF IT....ALL OF THE 5-STAR RATINGS ARE PUMPERS - "Dan S." = dead beat clown of a so-called "manager"....along with that "top-rated" email professional, "Jim R." - FEEL FREE TO MESSAGE ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS AAAAAAAAAAAAAAWFUL ONLINE RETAILER.

Shaun, During the holidays we are extremely busy and have hundreds of calls a day. I apologize you were not able to reach someone over the phone but we have email representatives working almost 18 hours a day to get to all emails within 2-3 hours. Your order was not verified by the bank (billing address). When this happens, we send an offline verification form, as due diligence to verify your identity. This is standard for all orders with alternate shipping address OR if the bank / credit card company can't verify the information. We have a high level of security because our merchandise is of high value.
What I do not appreciate is you emailing our best customer service representative, LOVED BY THOUSANDS (JIM) to "DROP DEAD". And I QUOTE FROM AN EMAIL FROM SHAUN - "DROP DEAD with your happy holidays message, cuz I pray YOUR HOLIDAY DOOMS YOU" . This is no way to treat someone who is only trying to help you. I hope you had success somewhere else and Happy Holidays.
