I called to check the status I talked to someone got transferred to someone named april.Well I was on hold then a automated machine answered. Tried again samething.Ive been faxing all my papers to this people and all keep getting is they didn't receive them.Now who are they going to ? I'm checking into having my cases transferred to a local attorney because I can't get nowhere with this group at all. I want these people to wave all fees and send what they do have of my records.Did I mention when I called the person on the other end even knew who I was guess my phone number is somehow program into there phone system.
