I'm shopping around and am looking at different companies and their BBB ratings. I majored in English Composition in college. I scanned through the comments about Econo air. Half of the commentators had positive things to say. But based on my experience, many of those comments were written by the same person. It appears they're salting the mine.

Brace L - Thank you for your comment. However appearance can be decieving. I will positively assure you, that your assumptions (and that is all they are) that these posts are from reviewers strictly commenting from "thier great experience" with Econo Air. After close to nearly 50,000 complete in home installs in Orange County and Los Angeles County, and over 450,000 service calls we are proud of our service record. There's an old adage that says "you cant make everyone happy" we sure do strive to do so but but when you look at the total calls we've made and intstalls combined you can clearly see we're doing pretty darn good. We do appreciate your comment and are very glad that it has no merit.
