After the sale, You dont see them

I was promised a whole bunch of free soap, windex, downy, laundry detergent and after the sale you just don't hear about them. On top of that they they "accidentally took money from my bank account. So they got me good. I got no customer servise, got robbed, they didint give me what it was promised. So I give them no stars.
