Unprofessional, Overpriced, No Quality Assurance, Scam

Do not trust this company with your moving needs. We used their packing, delivery, and auto services for a tri-state move. They charge you double what the move is worth, and they promise white glove service, customer satisfaction, cost transparency, and quality assurance. They do not deliver on any of their promises and the customer service is horrific once they receive your initial downpayment. You are better off doing your own research and finding a moving service that fits your needs/budget. My family is now out thousands of dollars in broken, stolen and/or lost items and SafeShip rids their hands of quality assurance from day one so there is no way to reclaim your losses. They also promise a "timely move" and our experience was delayed, then late/cancelled, and somehow costs increased to get movers to show up to our home after they were already scheduled to do the work (and did not show up) the day prior. This was the worst experience we have ever encountered from a company.
